Cari Hotel di Charente

"What a beautiful and serene experience"

"The parking was easy, free; important for what i was looling for. Reasonable price, clean and good breakfast."

"Charming hotel in beautiful location. Staff was great. When we checked in I asked about gluten free bread at breakfast. When we came down the next morning the staff member said, “Your gluten free bread is in the oven, only 5 or 10 minutes until it’s done. Room and bed were very nice. Great walk in shower. If we stop in Angoulême again I’d definitely choose the Hotel des Arts!"

"Magnificent Property"

"Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area."

"Fabulous hotel with amazing views of the Charente valley."

"The property is great and very interesting. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so if you have a big suitcase, you'll need to drag it up and down the stairs. The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of all the water that has been getting into the bottom of it (swelled up with time). Otherwise, the grounds are greatly maintained and beautiful.

"Very nice little castle vibe which the kids loved. The room was big enough for our family and the breakfast was great. Staff was also super nice and helpful."

"very good location for one night"
