"I’m giving 5 stars for the restaurant staff for their stellar service and great food but 0 stars for the management staff. On the 2nd day we got a massive leak and maintenance said that that’s the room they having issues with leaks and they can’t fix it.The room also was very outdated with the tv only being able to stream YouTube. "Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised.
