"Very remote location. Lobby and restaurant closed at 7pm. No one to help if room problems or questions. Lobby still not open at 7am. Property is more of a campground. Motel old and not well kept. Beds were saggy. Loose vinyl floor tile. Deep bathtub with no hand rails. We had only one wash clothe. Small refrigerator was balanced on plastic crate. We were here at end of summer season, but it appeared most of the rooms were filled - customer service and comfort were lacking."

"Honestly the staff made the stay. They are in the middle of renovations so no restaurant or liquor store but out the door and less than two minutes you are enjoying a pub or fast food. The staff were phenomenal we were on motorcycles and they let us park in the garage, gave us such a warm welcome, and were overall extremely helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Rocky Mountain House!"
