"Stayed here for two nights on my final stop in Gran Canaria. The basics are solid. Staff were professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues there. I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. "We stayed in the deluxe room with the hot tub, which also included a separate sitting room/kitchenette. Lovely stay. And the hosts are amazing giving good guidance about the area. They’re made to order breakfast each morning is also fantastic. The village is low key but with easy access to the highway and airport."

"Nice flat with walking distance to local town centre and few restaurants. Very clean, had number 4 on the ground floor and great outside space for breakfast or sun lounges on the rooftop. But also had some issues with dampness and needed aircon and dehumidifier switched on all the time. No extraxtor / ventilation in the bathroom or kitchen area contributed to that too. "Unfortunately wouldn’t return, not upto 5 star standard at all! Cleaning not upto standard, staff are rude, cocktails are cheap and nasty tasting at a 5 star price, no decent wine. Cleaners think it’s appropriate to hang dirty towels back up instead of giving clean ones, when you have left them on the floor where your supposed to in order to get clean ones. "Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out.
