"The facility is beautiful. I was greeted warmly as soon as my UBER pulled up to the entrance. The check in was fast and easy (thank you Gianfranco for remembering me and being so kind) the room was beautiful and spotless. The bed and linens were so nice and comfortable. My partner got a fantastic massage and spa treatment, she always tells me the spa and the people who work there are amongst the best she has ever encountered, and she is a self described “spa junkie”. "Very disappointing experience. We were greeted by a cockroach as soon as we entered the room. The floors were dusty and dirty, which immediately gave a bad impression. After a long drive, all I wanted was to rest, but when I went to bed, I noticed multiple pink stains on the sheets near the pillow. The room did not feel clean or properly maintained. "At about 2AM the smoke alarm in our room started beeping every few minutes and the a loud message came from it declaring that the batteries were low. This continued until about 4AM when I got on a chair and took the alarm off the ceiling and took the batteries out. Response by staff when I checked out was “Gee I’m so sorry.” and was it. No acknowledgment of our discomfort or disrupted rest. And the air conditioner was way to loud to sleep comfortably"

"My room was dirty, beds weren’t done and smelled like cigarettes when I had reserved a non smoking room. I asked for another room and they stated they didn’t have any other rooms. My other family members room stunk as well. It said they had complimentary breakfast but in the morning there wasn’t anything."
