Cari Hotel di Cook County

"This hotel is awful. Check in person was unfriendly and uncommunicative. Room Is, quite frankly, scary. Down a dilapidated hallway with padlocks on the fuse boxes. The room itself is dingy, dreary and needs updates. Has three pictures on the walls the sizes of postcards. Carpet is so filthy I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The sheets on the bed were pilled and dirty. The air conditioner rattled all night. The sink didn’t drain properly. The outlet wouldn’t hold a charging plug. The shower gel...

"I appreciate being greeted when arriving and departing!"

"Stayed at Royal Sonos downtown Chicago with my son to celebrate my birthday . Excellent property, is under statement! The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby was not only clean. It smelled so good as you walk in. Excellent location ! walking distance to everything . I was upgrade to the Riverview room . The view was exceptional !Everybody that worked there was extremely friendly and kind. We received A+ hospitality. Thank you for making my birthday so special!"

"The hotel didn’t meet my expectations for the view, but it definitely had one of the best locations. The location was absolutely unbeatable, with easy walking access to Millennium Park, the Chicago Riverwalk, the Chicago Theatre, Art institute of Chicago and many other downtown attractions. It made exploring the city on foot incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere had a distinctive character. I especially appreciated being able to reach so many...

"Great staff they accommodating us."

"Stayed a total of 3 nights, solo traveller. I felt very safe there - need your key card to even enter the lobby and then again the elevators. Everything was neat and clean. Rooms and facilities were spacious. Lockers could easily hold luggage and there was more space beneath the bed. It is located right by the train so you do hear it when it passes by. This never bothered me but I know it would others. Would definitely book again when coming back to Chicago."

"We had a lovely stay! The staff, rooms, and breakfast were excellent!"

"El personal fue muy amable y agradable siempre. El hotel está muy céntrico, cerca de todo."

"Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room could have been a bit better maintained; one bathroom door stuck and was hard to open and night tables were chipped. View of Lake Michigan from the room was amazing though and the hotel is walking distance to a lot of attractions. Free HBOMax was also a nice bonus."

"First time in Chicago. No room service which sucked but everything else was great."
