"Late check-in, dus niemand meer bij de receptie. Kamersleutel uit kluisje moeten halen. Vervolgens bleek de kamer niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Bed beslapen, vuile handdoeken, vuile vaat in de gootsteen. En niemand om een kamer wissel aan te vragen. Zelf beddengoed maar omgedraaid. Verder zat het weer en schimmel in de gore badkamer, een soort van TL verlichting als bedlampje. Ronduit verschrikkelijk. De volgende ochtend meteen vertrokken. "Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We were 7 of us and booked 4rooms. Rooms were very clean and the hotel is very well maintained. Unfortunately we only stayed one night and we all wished we could have stayed a couple more days. We had an early morning flight and since they serve breakfast at 7:00am and we were leaving before 6:00am they had someone prepare breakfast for us. That’s what I call 5 star service. "Great location and place to stay! Hotel description on Expedia was missing the gym :-( Ultimately: very cute , brand new gym on site! When requesting a baby crib via Expedia messaging we reminded 3 times , never heard back. The crib could be installed eventually."
