"Downtown and accessible to many things. The hotel had excellent service. I would stay there again."

"Wish it had more internal places to eat."

"The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept. The Dove toiletries are great in the bathroom. Only negative was the toilet seat was barely attached and slid around and I had to ask for extra washcloths as I prefer a fresh one daily. Food and drinks (Happy Hour and specials) are nice after a long day at the hospital. Have stayed here twice and am booked again at the end of the month for another hospital visit. Valet parking only is a negative so I use the Cleveland Clinic parking garage for...

"The room was so nice and the beds were plush and comfortable! Will stay here again in a heartbeat!"
