"The hotel is located in a scenic area and was very nice place to unwind from stress however there were some things that the management team needs to urgently rectify. Upon arrival, the hotel manager informed us that they were no longer affiliated to Expedia whom we booked and paid the hotel to. "The staff and receptionists were very friendly and welcoming to us and made our stay most accommodating. Even at the restaurant the food was good. Initially there was a an issue with the shuttle surface where I couldn't find the driver at the airport but that was resolved and the room I got didn't have a balcony, which was what I requested. Other than that the stay was pleasant."

"Access road was really poorly maintained. Lighting was poor and switches broken with AC not really cooling the room and the ceiling fan only had 2 settings(On/Off). Breakfast was really tasteless and service was non-existent "
