"The stay was for elders family members and the team looked after every one of them and ensured there was no issues in terms of accessibility or other requests. Areas were given to us to ensure we could have a relaxed evening family time and also timed sessions for meal times. The hotel is great for the pool and spa areas and also for vegetarian members."

"Situated in the back street of a residential estate. Surrounded by loud activity outside. People congregated close by revving their car. Cars driving past and hearing everything happening outside made me feel unsafe. I didn’t stay. I left immediately. "

"The hotel and staff wee very good. The main reason I’ve marked them down is the fact that you cannot co tact the hotel directly by phone. I tried at least four times and spent about an hour listening to pretty awful piped music holding the line open. The parking was a problem in as much that you have to pre-book. This isn’t mentioned during the booking process but only after you’ve booked in an email from the hotel. As ours was a flying visit to visit a poorly relative urgently I couldn’t book...

"Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing parking was right next to our lodge and fishing pitches. Well stocked pool with beautiful carp and other fish the balcony on the the lake was absolutely amazing especially at night with lights pointing in to the lake and if you're anything like me and my partner then I recommend getting the fish food from reception for night time feeding of the fish off your balcony, wow just wow 😍 amazing stay amazing staff and cant wait to come back again xxx"
