"When checking in at 7pm on the Saturday night the man who greeted us at the desk was very polite and made us feel at ease. He explained everything in great detail and couldnt do enough to help, for example when we asked he gave us extra towels and tea ect. Would 100000% stay again"

"Lovely hotel and spa. I guess in the summer this is more a wedding hotel (we stayed friday and saturday and there were weddings both days). This didn't effect us at all, other than the long queues at breakfast time - there was no noise and we weren't disturbed at all. The room was very large, clean and modern. A really nice touch as the option not to have your room serviced if you are staying more than 1 night, in exchange for a voucher for the bar - thats a win win. Overall, a lovely break"

"We loved the welcome gift that awaited you when you entered the room. The breakfast was great, there was an expanse of choice and you helped yourself. The bed was so very comfortable and a great size. The room was quiet and the shower was really good. Would definitely visit again."

"I needed this place to stay overnight for work purposes. For that - and the price - it was perfectly fine. Room was clean, had tea / coffee making facilities - and the place was close to Blaby town centre. Place is undergoing restoration though - so parts of it are untidy; it doesn't look like the photo on the website. No breakfast. Receptionist Glen though was very helpful. Good communication. "I had a really nice, peaceful stay. I lost the email with the direct contact number, so im sure the issue i had could have been solved easily, if not partly, for my own stupidity. Sadly, there was no running water & there was no gas to use the cooktop. The keys that were left didnt open the door to turn on the gas. Thankfully, there are some lovely places for food very close by & a couple of bottles of water to boil the kettle & have a quick wash solved any real drama. I enjoyed...
