"The breakfast was great, the restaurant in the club house was nicer than in the main hotel. The spa was excellent (massages and great pedicure with friendly staff). The pool was good, but busy. Convenient location."

"For a 3* hotel, I can't fault this place. Room was clean and comfortable with modern decor, staff were super efficient and friendly without being brusque, communal bar / breakfast area was really cozy - would happily stay again."

"Unfortunately the bathroom had hairs on the bath and a razor left on the tap which was a bit off putting. Ate in the restaurant which wasn’t great, steak tough and omlette tasted like it had been fried in old fat. "

"The location was great, though it was a bit hard to find as the entrance seemed to be at the back of the building. Our room was luxurious—everything we hoped for and more! The rooftop bar offered nice views and we enjoyed the continental breakfast at the restaurant for an additional charge. We’d definitely stay again."

"My stay at the Holiday Inn was comfortable and pleasant overall. Everything was good, and I had a nice experience. The only issue I encountered was with the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable—I could feel the hard surface while lying on it. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations. I would consider staying here again when needed."

"The location of the hotel is good, close to city centre, railway station and The Barbican. Car parking is good and reasonable price. Reception is very welcoming and staff very helpful. Our double room seemed a little dated in furniture and underneath the desk were a lot of biscuit crumbs which then makes you think the room wasn’t cleaned properly.
