"Excellent located property. Breakfast was paid but worth of it. Nice alpine meadows around. Few things which lacks are room basic amenities like kettle or coffee maker or even refrigerated or microwave is not there. For this cost we would atleast request a coffee maker or kettle. Ample parking space."

"Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay."

"Great."

"A little difficult finding the entrance, GPS sends you up a steep hill and you’re walking with luggage luckily we switched to our backpacks and left luggage on the car. We called the property manager and he was extremely helpful and very responsive and gave us exact directions via What’s Ap. Check in went quick and smooth. I would definitely recommend this property."

"The apt is superb … the view and the service from Roshni and the team are all superb . I would definitely back "

It’s a set menu with a choice of 3 mains, salad buffet to start and dessert off the buffet too. Children get no choice but it was fine as it was pasta (off the buffet) so all good. There are restaurants within walking distance to try anyway. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms nicely done. No AC and despite being out of the heat wave the bedroom...

"Everything about this hotel is perfect, the room, the location, the staff, the breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace. The location is superb and I would definitely recommend a lake view room, absolutely stunning. Real luxury and an experience I will never forget."
