"The Japanese wooden soaking tub is wonderful! This hotel is designed to show some of the Japanese culture. It is clean. The staff is very friendly. It has a small simple free breakfast. Coffee, tea, pastries, hard boiled eggs. Fabulous village with delicious restaurants & amazing shops. /0 minutes from Narita airport."

"Average hotel,very disappointed, very dated decor,furniture is very old with pulls in the cloth.Bathroom could have been cleaned better.A/C vents were very dirty.Area surrounding hotel had many bars,didn't feel very safe of an evening.All staff very helpful and friendly."
