"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im bsmart Hotel Menziken. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze sowie die Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Besonders modern fanden wir, dass sich alle Türen bequem mit dem Smartphone öffnen lassen. Alternativ kann man sich in der Lobby mit den Buchungsdaten eine Zimmerkarte erstellen, was ebenfalls sehr einfach funktioniert. Ein weiteres Highlight...

"こんなにデジタル化されてる場所だとは！ 驚きました。 最初のエレベーターのドアから、部屋のドア、ランドリーのドアまで、自分の端末を使ってオープンしていく仕組みです。 エントランスには1人いらっしゃいますが、あまり丁寧には説明なく、 自力でエレベーターを上がった後、お部屋はどこだ？と、わかりにくかった。 迷子になりかけましたが、 幸いにもこちらのスタッフさんが廊下にいてくださったので、親切に助けてくださり、 やっと使い方を理解できました。 一通りこの直接的な説明を、チェックインでしてくだされば問題ないかもしれませんが… こういうのを経験してない者にとったら、とても難しい体験でした。 お部屋の中のベッドや台所もデジタルで動くもので、びっくりしました。 外出中、もし携帯の電池がなくなったら、夜はエントランスのドアも鍵がかかってるので、すごくピンチになります！"

"Stunning apartment quiet location. We arrived after 3 our apartment wasnt ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned . The bedroom has no window or ventilation so it can get really hot esp of weather is warm."
