"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber, besonders gut hat uns das darum herum, wie Aquarium und Autoausstellung, gefallen. Das Frühstück hätte im Vergleich zum Rest etwas reichhaltiger sein können."

"The staff was wonderful - super helpful and kind. Loved the outside play area for our kids. Wish the room had a pot to heat up water and a fridge. The room was clean; the only exception was the fire alarm in the bathroom needed dusting badly. (Room 25) Breakfast was ok; we wished there was hot food (like scrambled eggs) available."

"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Perfekte Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. Etwas Abseits in einem Industriegebiet aber mit der Bahn ist alles schnell und einfach erreichbar. Besonders toll fanden wir die kostenfreien Leihräder und die Karten für die Kunstausstellung. Erwähnenswert sind auch die schönen großen Fenster die sich per Knopfdruck, auch in den oberen Etagen, öffnen lassen. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen."

"It was a little challenging to do online entry because I couldn't always get good phone service. I tried to make a physical keycard and it failed to work. Thankfully, one of the staff in the bar/restaurant was able to help me. It was also challenging to carry our luggage through the front entrance, up the flight of stairs and around to the elevator.
