Cari Hotel di Distrik Metropolitan Tema

"The receptionist was fantastic and very helpful but the room wasn’t up to the standard I saw online. It was advertised that there is an airport pick up but it end up not being true. The worst of it all was curb webs and dirty objects coming out of the air conditioning unit. I complained to the receptionist and she quickly cleaned it but within about 5 minutes, the bed was full of debris again. The receptionist once again cleaned but the debris was still coming out of the air conditioning units....

"I was not able to get in. There was no one to open the gate or answer the phone. I left several messages on the phone and got no call back. The place looks in operational and the whole thing a scam. I took several pictures to support that feeling. Please do due diligence as I look forward to getting my money back. I made a separate claim and complaint report to EXpedia Team. I look forward to their response. Disappointed customer, Noel"

"Staying here was an extremely enjoyable experience. Everything about the the hotel and its properties were on point."

"The hotel is located in a very calm vicinity. The staff are helpful. Clean hotel and not far from Accra international airport. The only issue is that only one TV channel was showing."

"The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again"

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, I had some issues with the TV antenna on the TV in the room but other than that I have no major complaints with my stay here, I would definitely come back again."

"Staff is amazing and the Guest House is very close to Palace Mall"

"Who stayed at ck suites? It was not me this is fraud? Someone is using my credentials!"

"Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep."
