Trotz der hektischen Stadtlage ist das Hotel selbst sehr ruhig, was für erholsame Nächte sorgt. Der Fitnessbereich war gut ausgestattet und ideal für ein schnelles Training zwischendurch. "Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. At times the scrambled eggs were dry and chewy, the dosa colorless and limp, the chutney was mainly water. A surprising thing for this property since it’s otherwise stellar. And in a city like Bengaluru, it’s a shame to have a poor meal in a classy hotel when a smaller establishment offers hygienic, cheap and delicious fare. "

"What irritates me is that it has false information on Expedia. It says 2.5 kms from airport, actually it’s 7.5 km. Hotel is not situated in a clean place. The bathroom stinks time to time making unbearable. It seems they are using STP water for flushing which stinks badly. Bedsheets were not clean."

"Overall a high quality hotel with very spacious, well-appointed rooms. Also the hotel is in a convenient location. Restaurant service tended to be a bit slow at breakfast having to wait for up to ten minutes for a cup of tea multiple mornings."
