"Everyone that worked there was very helpful. What bothered me is that they sent out a letter saying that the outdoor pool and hot tub would be closed for the majority of our stay. No offer of compensation. One of the reasons that I chose the place was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. It was our 25th Anniversary. I understand that maintenance has to be done but the hotel should let you know before you book. How is it fair that we did not get to enjoy one of the highlights of the place....

"The staff at Mount Engadine Lodge were very friendly and welcoming, and I have nothing negative to say about the service. That being said, I personally found the experience quite overpriced for what was offered. I paid almost $900 for one night in the glamping tent for myself and my son. Meals were included, which was nice, but even taking that into consideration, I felt the overall value was difficult to justify. The property is very remote and requires driving approximately 31 km on a gravel...

"Amazinggg place, has everything you need. The place was very clean. Two things to note would be 1) how squeaky one of our beds were which was a little annoying and 2) how I expected a balcony with the shared hot tub included, we didn’t get a balcony but had the access code to the hot tub, so that was confusing. Parking was nearby, instructions for check-in were clear. Overall, compared to other places around there, this place is a good deal."
