"Perfect for overnight stay with an early flight from Gatwick. Only negative point is that breakfast does not start until 6am. When guests are catching early flights that is no use at all."

Can’t you just buy a cheap new one? The chair by the bed was badly stained and there was gum in the carpets. "Arrived at the property at 12:30 AM. There was no one to let us in. We called Expedia help line but they were not able to contact the property. One day earlier, we were told that someone would be there. We were lucky to find another hotel that was open. Please refund my money."

"The manor house and estate was spectacular. We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional."
