"Do not book the hotel shuttle as the receptionist/driver may argue with you about the collection time even though it's pre booked. Order a Uber or get a taxi using an app to get a discount. There was someone using power tools till minutes to 11 pm then several people were traversing through the hallways up until midnight. "Property was not up to what was displayed and staff was rude. We had to check out because of the smell in our non smoking room that felt like smoking room,causing an asthma attack on my aunt.we booked 6 days, spent a night and They refused to refund. They were only interested in the money not your safety. They did not leave to expectation. Book at your own risk!!"

"Beautiful old hotel near Gatwick (10-15 min by taxi, 23 GBP). We were upgraded to the Jane Seymour room which had a lovely back balcony over looking the pond and fountain. Beautiful grounds, you can see why it's so popular for weddings! The lounge areas and bar could be updated but were very cozy. There were many tables having afternoon tea when we arrived. We had drinks and informal dinner (good fish & chips) in the lounge and were very happy. A great place to stay if flying to or from Gatwick!...

"Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility. "This would have been the perfect place for my overnight stay before collecting somebody from Gatwick airport early the next morning. However, it was a cold night and the heating was not on. When I called for assistance at 21.30 I was told that somebody would check the boiler and that it was on a timer and should come on soon! Nothing happened, although the hallway and passage ways were heated. I turned the knob as requested to no avail and nobody saw to it that the heating was on. I froze all...

"Arrived at a pitch black compound with no lighting, had to rely on my phone's flashlight. My son FELL DOWN in the darkness. Called the service number for help and was basically told 'other guests managed, so you should too'. Not only is this unsafe, it's unacceptable customer service. Very disappointed and would not recommend."
