"Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty. Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago."

"Didn't get a blanket for the sofa bed as requested, soap dispenser broken in shower, sofa not very comfortable, breakfast cutlery was dirty, tables not clean during breakfast, even though asked a lady to clean a table please, but didn't."

"Always stay here when on the Fylde Coast. It has a very calming and friendly atmosphere. Service is always good and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent. We tend to stay with family for evening meals."

"I stayed in Tiffany. It’s comfortable clean and modern. It is up two flights of steep stairs so if you have mobility issues this could create problems. I stayed during the heatwave and they supplied a fan but all it did was circulate hot air around the room. If it had air con I would have given it five stars. Really convenient for most places and a stones throw from one of the lovelies parks I’ve seen (lovely pub at the other end of it by the river) and the train station. Would highly recommend"

"Clean room but uncomfortably hot, noisy outside and hot air blowing in from gym aircon below. Bathroom even hotter. Bad sleep each night and staff were very polite but unable to help at all. Would not stay here again."

"Lovely large room . Well set out heating / cooling facilities made things very comfortable. Breakfast was well set out sadly we weren't able to take full advantage of what was on offer. Evenibg meal was also good value for money."

"Booked through Expedia, didn’t see an option to book bed and breakfast. On check out we were charged £17 each for breakfast which I thought was excessive for what was on offer. Choice of cold meat and cheese consisted of one slice of ham and one of cheese. Pastries very limited and no croissants, when we asked for some we were told they were all gone. Only one choice of egg in the buffet, fried only."
