"Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. "Staff are very friendly and breakfast was great! The room we were in was fairly clean, the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly and kept sliding off. There was dust bunnies under the radiator and we were only given two tissues in the holder for our two night stay for a family of four (but 100% positive we would have been given more if requested as staff were lovely) The shower only had two temperatures scolding hot or cold was difficult to find a decent temp. Overall the room itself is not 5 star...

The whole hotel was taken over by ball unable to use communal areas .Bar overpriced 4.80 for pot of tea staff which gave one drink checking in nightmare felt like herd of cattle staff unhelpful miserable . "Room not very clean dirty walls. Tv not working aerial on tv hanging out. Told receptionist said someone would come and look at it. Said could not do anything till tomorrow. Not very helpful even night time staff could not be bothered. The staff were very rude at breakfast. Just wanted to get rid of us for 10.00 shocking did not ask for any poach eggs cause the restaurant was getting a revamp we add to order them there said."

"Everything was just as described in the photos and description. The host was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the shower fantastic. It's as close to the University of Warwick as you can get. Rideshare was no problem, bus was a few minutes of a walk away. We highly recommend."

"The room we had was falling apart. Not made clear on Expedia that the pool is chargeable. Breakfast was not a great experience, nothing topped up, spent most of our time there waiting for bread, milk, juice to be topped up"

"The staff was brilliant. They were very friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the hotel was a let down for an IHG hotel. Two rooms had problems with the lock on the bathroom. For one of our rooms, our key cards weren’t working for the lift so we had to ask the staff every time we needed the lift. I paid the same rate for two rooms but one room had a Nespresso machine and the other did not."

"No were does it say in their wensite pool not included they wanted to charge £20 per person each time we used . This was one of main reasons for picking this hotel. Room was old and had holes in carpet and tililet seat broken when complained told nothing they could do rooms were waiting refurbishment. No compromise on pool access. Staff very unhelpful and not interested. I did today to stay in a room with worn carpets with holes and a broken toilet seat reallly not acceptable for hotel star...
