"The staff was superior"

"Great experience"

"Wonderful experience"

"Whatever I say here wouldn’t do this hotel and staff justice, very attentive fantastic service from valet to security, front Desk, cleaning, pool, entertainment, restaurants and spa… truly great stay I can’t wait to get back"

"Buffet dinner and breakfast was fantastic, some of the amenities were under renovations, but the property still had lots to offer. Beautiful hotel and would recommend to anyone!"

"Respectful staff."

"friendly staff. clean rooms but A/C wasn’t too cold"

"Everything was wonderful."

"Good value for money. Sits on the same Dead sea with the same swimming experience but you pay much less than the big names like Holiday inn. Almira restaurant is a hidden jewel. Try jarjir with strawberry salad for the full experience. Some small things might not be working occasionally (cattle in the room) but it doesnt spoil much your experience ."

"Staff was great "

"It was really convenient to go to the Dead Sea if you have your own car"

"Great place for family stay with out the xxxy prices of the other Dead Sea Resorts"

"Honestly, it's an amazing place, with an amazing staff, and the villa was super nice and clean!!"

"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."
