"Very nice stay for someone on a roadtrip to Milford Sound. In fact the reception was nice enough to book the cruise ticket for me. Rooms are very tidy and common amenities are easily accessible. Soundproofing is lacking though, since you can hear people in the hallway or in their rooms"

"Very nice stay at Te Anau Top 10 holiday park. We booked ensuite cabins and they were clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent bathroom with great showers! The common kitchen/ dining area is excellent and the ability to purchase a utensil pack ( including all cooking utensils) @ $5 for your stay is excellent. The grounds/ facilities were all very clean and well maintained. Staff were all very friendly and helpful"

"We booked the hotel room (not the motel). And it turned out that the it's pretty old hotel, and it seemed only 4 of us (2 rooms) were staying there, probably because it was low season? The cleanliness was ok, however we chose not to stay there and moved to other motel that are closer to town center. "

"An older hotel in the centre of Invercargill. Great location and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The room is clean and tidy, all be it a little older. The bathroom has been updated. The carpark is around the corner from the hotel, undercover and free. We have stayed here before and will stay again, so that’s a good recommendation."

"I was charged an additional adult at check out. The hotel staff (same person) should inform meat check in. You could not just charged someone when at check out. Travellers, beware! about the sneaky staff This hotel also used by Chinese's group tour, they are loud. "

"Awesome room. Comfortable but a bit too high tech for an old chick! Got off to a bad start when my electronic key did not activate the lift. Some written instructions on heating controls and curtains (electric)would have made getting to bed a bit faster but overall a very pleasant experience. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"A beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent. We had a problem with a very loud neighbor and they moved us to another room that was actually an upgrade. The restaurant onsite is excellent as well."
