"Very comfortable and clean. No automatic airport shuffle on site (there is an tube station nearby) - need to book from a stand separately. Booking uber is cheaper. Room was very clean but the fridge wasn't working. The shower is great - water does spread to the floor as it's not contained in the stall. The staff were very friendly and helpful (Jack & Pedro). All in all a good stay and would return."

"Parking is free between 6-6 then it charges per hour which you can pay thru a QR code or machine. Front Desk ends about 10pm. It is convenient location. Abouy 15 mins. away from Heathrow Airport."

"It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare"

"All I can say is that it’s a bed of indeterminate age with some other stuff acquired from other freecycle groups. It’s clean enough but I didn’t use the shared bathroom or toilet. Chap who signed me in was friendly and efficient. You get what you pay for. "

"Nice newly updated apartment. Great location next to Windsor and the airport. Communication with owner seemed good but when it came to parking, it caused a LOT of stress. It was Not clear overnight parking was at Two rivers and hourly was at bridge street. If sensitive to noice, do not stay here. Constant traffic and with no ac windows need to be opened. By a traffic light so made it even louder. We loved the space and what the apartment offered but the noice and lack of communication on...

"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...
