"The window sills were all rotting and need a repaint, small room, not enough space to put anything, pubic hairs in shower tray!! Staff were ok but not over friendly really. Kettle and mugs were clean and so was the toilet. Would have been ok if it was about £45 per night but it’s way too expensive for the condition of the place. "

"Property was very clean and spacious. Well laid out for large families and groups. Games room/garage was perfect for entertaining kids. "The hotel is beautiful. The decor is right up our street, gorgeous. The food was lovely and the rooms were sooo comfy. Loved the shower and the big bed. I called to make sure i could park on site, and that was all easy enough to do. I paid for it when i arrived. "

"Lovely hotel with a lot of character & stunning original features. Without exception, all the staff were helpful & friendly. Our room was very comfortable & breakfast was excellent. We had time for a walk around the beautiful grounds in Coombe Abbey Park before checking out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend!"
