"Hotel was perfect for a pre flight stay although parking was a issue. There simply doesn't appear to be enough of it."

"Great location with a shuttle to and from Gatwick Airport (both terminals). Really great food menu down in the restaurant/bar area. My only criticism would be to explain to patrons that you need to go to the bar to place your order as there’s no server who comes and takes it. We waited longer than we could have."

"We stayed with our two kiddos ahead of a flight and everything was pretty effortless, from check in through to checking out. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even engaged with our kiddos. Highly recommended."

"Missold hotel, more like a hostel. Old building no staff available with main door left open when we arrived leaving people very vulnerable. Lex the member of staff at this place lied to Expedia team, telling them that we checked in but hadn't checked out knowing that we had refused to stay there and had asked for a refund which they are refusing! We ended up staying at Gatwick all night until our flight. Not a great start to our holiday. Reviews are questionable. DO NOT STAY THERE!!"

"Was given an accessible room so very low small sink, no shelf for products/my stuff, not the shower facilities I would normally want to have with a kind of wet room with curtain. Also had an adjoining room and the door between let a lot of noise through which wasn't great when they got up shortly after 5am and put loud rock music on as they were getting ready"
