Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality.
On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early.
Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom."

"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect!
Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."
