Cari Hotel di Distrik Wigan

"A 1 night stop-off on my way to Scotland. I stayed here as it had a gym and (small) pool with sauna. The staff were lovely with special thanks to the lady on the leisure club reception who let me use the studio. I also used the pool, sauna and jacuzzi which were small but clean (there's a steam room too but that was temporarily unavailable). The hotel is looking a little tired but is clean with good sized comfortable rooms at a decent price. Have previously stayed at another chain hotel close...

"Everything about this magical place wax unexpectedly brilliant. I was tired when I arrived and felt rejuvenate by the time I left. Thank you."

"Soon as we get to our room the hallway and the room had a very bad weed odor, we reported to the receptionist straight away.. peoples were slamming the doors all night , room was dirty , and the bathroom was disgusting hairs around the sink , on the walls around the shower … this hotel is just awful"

"Nice hotel , modern and good parking but got there to be told they decided to close restaurant that night as it’s more a Mon-Fri corporate hotel and as a group of 8 we wanted to eat together , so got told we could order take. Away in but couldn’t sit at tables and eat it ! So then all had to go out again . Not a good service"

"Great value for money. Excellent breakfast just no uncooked option ie fruit ,cereal or yoghurt. Quiet at night. Brilliant staff. Room a bit tired ours could have done with a refresh."

"Accommodation was clean and convenient. However following check in with a lovely lady I was followed to my room by a male member of staff who appeared from knowhere questioning me on the age of my children which was followed by a lecture on taking underage children to an 18+ festival, which quite frankly I felt was non of his business!"

"The best value for money I have ever come across. Large room with kitchenette ( fridge, microwave, two ring cooker, kettle, sink) En-suite bathroom with bath, power shower and W>C, towels supplied in room. Continental breakfast included in price. All this for just £31 per nightt highly recommended."

"This property is accessed via a code which is imputted 4 times inclusive of the actual room. Not sure it is neccesary once you have gained entry through the front door. Also I only stayed two nights & the code was changed completely for the second night!"

"The rooms were worn out and needed an upgrade, lots of marks on the walls and ripped sheets on the beds. Not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Will not be staying there again."

"Warm room. Friendly helpful staff. Easy parking. Good food. Tikka Massala was excellent. Good breakfast selection. Will stay again."
