"From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info.
Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. "Issue checking that the room i had reserved was no available. An after rejecting a lesser option the penthouse i reserved was available. Electric lock on main door stop working so was forced to go to dinner in workout clothes because no access to shower and dress clothing since we locked out of the room from 5:30 thru 9:00 pm. We appreciate the receptionist effort but some thing should have been offered for our trouble. The apartment was clean and nice."

"WORST EXPERIENCE!
HOST COMPANY did not send checkin details in a timely fashion as they said they would. My wife had to wait in our UBER for 20 minutes with a sick Uber driver while I called the HOST EHO DID NOT ANDWER SEVERAL CALLS and speak to security who could not help me. Finally I had to speak to Expedia support. We ended up having to book a real hotel which is what we thought we were getting.
This is NOT A HOTEL! They should not list vacation rentals as hotels.
