"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Fitzwilliam in Belfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was a perfect size. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar and each of the waiters was very friendly. Also, the bartender made the best Cosmopolitan!! We would stay again at the Fitzwilliam."

"Great check in. Nice rooms and bar. (Staff excellent)However do NOT eat in the restaurant. Disappointing is not the word. Took too long to get table. Food took too long plus steaks where overcooked and our cheeseburger turned into a chicken burger. Wouldve sent back but our party was too hungry due to time."

"Staff was helpful and check in was simple. We did have a big problem with parking. I had received a message from the property giving me parking instructions. When we went to go there, we realized it was permanently closed. I messaged the property and they said it was closed and to continue on to this other multi story car park they were associated with. We realized this car park was not near the hotel and decided to park in outside, uncovered parking behind the hotel. The room was basic but...

"The hotel decor was second to none. Very friendly staff and nothing was too bother. Only criticism was other residents coming back in the early hours very loud outside our room. They woke me up and struggled to sleep after. However, not the hotel/staff fault and happily return "
