"The property is fine, close to the university on a residential street - safe area to walk around. Breakfast was good - restaurant was closed on Monday night so there was limited choice in the bar. I was in the annex. There were no restrictors on the window so I wouldn't leave it open at night. The room was chilly and the bathroom was quite dilapidated. "Not worth the price, never again Pros - overall room was quiet (despite very creaky floor boards and some noise with guests going and coming); room clean. Wifi and TV worked well. Shower had plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Cons - poor communication from hotel. Was sent a message saying I could leave my luggage at the hotel prior to checkin. When I arrived, no staff were in the building to let me in. The same message stated I could not check in until 4.30pm despite the Expedia website...

"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"Spot was great, near everything. unfortunately, bed was super incomfortsble and old matress( you could feel the spings ) only 2 cups for a 2 day stay. Littery was fine. Super noisy! People going in/out as if they were in the actual room. Could hear people talk on their phones. "
