"The staff were fantastic we arrived soaking wet after a 4 hour motorcycle ride in the rain. They let us put our riding gear in the boiler room to dry out overnight.
Restaurant staff were great too
Great big comfortable bed."

"Old elegant hotel. Yes a bit worn in places but spotlessly clean. Food fantastic. Views and grounds are spectacular. Very dog friendly. Rooms spacious and warm Pool good. No spa. Golf right on your doorstep. Staff helpful. Annie at reception especially so. Lovely walks and close to beaches and cute towns. Lacked atmosphere in the dining room and bar areas. All in all great value for money and a restful few days. Planning to return."

"I had a wonderful stay at Gretna Green Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gretna Green and would happily stay here again."

"Also, da wir jedes Jahr durch Schottland reisen und viele alte und neue Hotels probieren, war das hier definitiv das Schlechteste, was wir besucht haben. Der Bauzustand ist ok, es ist ei altes Landhsus, das gebaut werden muss ist klar und kein Kritikpunkt.
Allerdings die Bewertungen hier stimmen überhaupt nicht.
Es war kein guter Service, das Zimmer war nicht mal einen Stern wert und die Größe und Belüftung grauenvoll.
Das Essen durften wir im Nachhinein nochmal bezahlen, obwohl wir mit...
