"Really enjoyed our stay here. The food was fantastic, the room was great, and the staff was super accommodating. We ended up making two reservations on back to back night for two different room types, and they let us keep the bags in the room and moved them over for us to the new room so we didn’t need to. "Great location! Really easy to get around Glasgow. Train station & entrance literally across the street. Also can’t hear any of the noise. Very walkable with a ton of options around for drinks, food, & shopping too. Fiancee & I stayed in the Premium plus room, on the 6th floor. Floor above is the restaurant, didn’t really hear anything. Bed wasn’t that comfortable to be honest. The retractable back part is a nice feature but the mattress itself is very thin. Room is a very good size. Street...

"The rooms are very space age in appearance. Many have no windows, which at first I wasn’t sure if be nice. They are mainly white with wooden floor and very modern. Very comfortable bed, which I appreciate as get chronic back pain, had great nights sleep. Very quiet. Compact Shower /bathroom. They also have wheelchair access type rooms i noticed. I had very peaceful nights sleep. Convenient for town centre etc."

"The room was very convenient to the train station which was great. The room was small but not too small to make it uncomfortable. We stayed one night on our way to the highlands and two nights after."

"The whole first floor where we stayed smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. There were broken showers, and the showers that weren’t broken had intermittent hot water… you didn’t know if you would have hot water for your shower, and if you did, it would sometimes run out part way through and leave you finishing cold. The bathrooms also regularly had no toilet paper."
