We had a great stay with the family. The rooms were really clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The Pool and Spa facilities were great as well and with a 5 year old who loves swimming this was well used by us. Only one slight feedback was the pillows were a bit too soft but everything else was great. In one of the rooms the air con wasn't working but we were given an oil heater, fans and even the option to change rooms but the heater and fans were more than enough.

Breakfast was disappointing — being a vegetarian not many options and the que for breakfast was unacceptably long. Wanting a coffee at the bar area proved to be challenging — they seemed to ignore me for about 10 mins !! Overall a decent experience — would stay again.

The room was generally clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom facilities were not suitable for the room(king one bedroom suite with lounge access) toilet felt inappropriate for the space, and the shower was too small, making it uncomfortable to use.
