"Overbooked and turned away at 9pm despite confirmed Expedia reservation – unacceptable service Review: I booked a room at Oti Resort (OTI Hotel), Benin City, through Expedia three weeks in advance. The reservation was fully confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel at approximately 9pm on the night of my stay, I was informed that there was no room available for me. No prior notice, no apology of any real substance, and no assistance in finding alternative accommodation. I was left to search for...

"Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience "

"Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night. Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. "
