"Property surprised us in a good way. Spacious, clean, good working wash machine, and air con worked very well for us. I would say it was quiet, but the alarm went off (early)twice while there that we knew of. Could have been more while we were out. Went off because of people cooking. They need some sort of signs in the kitchen area specifically, would cut down of the false alarms. People need to be told what not to do. Instructions for the washer would have been nice. Would stay here...

"Reaaly nice stay, good breakfast and a comfortable room. Very convenient for Sutton railway station and our visit to Wimbledon tennis championships. Only one negative- net curtain in bedroom was rather dirty at the hem."

"Good central location, local council car parking nearby. Being top floor it is very warm in the summer needing windows to be open all night, young families on either side so quite noisy with windows open, would not recommend to stay here in summer months"
