"If you need a clean bed and spacious room close to the downtown area and the train station, this is a good option. Clean room and location this is it for this hotel.
We have barely crossed the entry door and they were already hard selling an upgrade and other amenities. I asked why upgrade since we already had a suite but she could t explain the difference just trying to sell the 200 upgrade which we didn’t take, we didn’t beer it our room was huge and the restroom too.

"The location at terminal 5 was ideal and minimized our stress when we flew out the next afternoon. Having noon checkout was perfect. I also didn't hear any jet noise from our room. Tea 5 was very good food and host/hostesses were wonderful."

"The hotel is in the middle of center city about an 18 minute walk (uphill) from the train station. It's a grand old hotel with incredibly helpful and professional staff. The hallways might need a refresh sometime soon but are spacious and well maintained. Our room was also spacious with a true king size bed and fresh, crisp linens. There were two closets and a full size desk. The bathroom was also great size but alas has very old taps (separate hot and cold water) which we had a very...
