"Check in was welcoming, the room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom well equipped. Tea and coffee plentiful. Fridge was a bonus. Received a birthday card and chocolate which was a lovely touch. We hope to be back very soon. Thank you. "

"An excellent location, so close to Union Street, and with off-road parking (if booked in advance). Staff were very good, hotel was very quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. A real bargain."

"Personalet var kjempe hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vaskepersonalet vasker rommet vær dag, det var deilig å komme til et vasket ryddig rom etter en lang dag ute. Mange spise steder over veien fant alltid ett godt sted å spise. Hotellet er også 1 minutt gå distanse fra paddington stasjon. Dette gjorde utflyktene vær dag veldig enkelt."
