"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and rooms very spacious. I would recommend improving the electrical installations in the bedrooms to ensure they are more robust. WiFi was variable but improved during the stay."

"The Sapphire Addis Hotel in Bole is a consistently excellent choice, particularly valued for its proximity to the airport and locations like Edna Mall. "Staff were excellent. The pool is murky and needs cleaning. Some of the flooring around the pool is loose and is safety hazard. The lift needs maintenance and the doors are not aligned properly. Directional signs are needed inside the lift and parking. Food is excellent and cleanness is good"
