8.8 dari 10, Luar Biasa, (1.395 ulasan)
"Very disappointing experience. The staff, including the hotel shuttle driver, were extremely rude and provided poor customer service. The hotel advertises a shuttle service, but the driver’s attitude was unacceptable. Also, Expedia did not clearly disclose that the rooms have no air conditioning, which was very disappointing. Overall, poor service and lack of transparency. Would not recommend!"

"The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, but I was given a bathroom set up for the disabled and the shower in particular was so gross (dirty grout, tiles at the shower base black with mold, rusty shower fittings) that I wore my flipflops to take a shower. Disappointing."
