"Front desk was extremely unfriendly, the room AC was not working properly, they had no extra towels, breakfast was unsatisfactory, hot tub (one of the reasons I booked this hotel) was ice cold. They charged my card for things i did not purchase. My kids could not wait to get back home. 100% DO NOT recommend."

"Estacionamiento gratis, área hermosa para correr. Agradecería agua en habitaciones. El problema es el mantenimiento. Es la segunda ocasión que nos quedamos y muebles flojos. Un elevador sin servicio. Focos fundidos. Adicional pasaron un recado que al día siguiente se iría el agua por mantenimiento. Personal más cortante que la última vez. "

"The lady at front desk never ask for my ID she sent us to room who was already occupied, after that said to us they did not have rooms available. Finally we got a room and I was not as clean as previous stay, and AC was making a lot of noise "

"No coffee machine, they clean your room every 14 days, you have to log in to the internet every day (not just once for your stay) and you can only use 2 devices. The lights turn off automatically and you have to turn them back on, and you have to pay for cookware."

"horrible breakfast menu. The room was super dirty. Sheets were stained. Ac was rusty and dusty. The tub was chipping and peeling—we found a roach in the bathroom. Only one elevator was working. There was dirty water when we first turned on the tub. A dirty bath mat was in the tub. The tv barely worked. The room floor and creaks were dirty. The walls were chipped. Just dont sty here. Its overpriced for its quality. "

"The room was clean, so I really enjoyed that. I do wish they would put lotion in the bathrooms. The gym was nice and functional. I was not a fan of the fact that they don’t offer breakfast at this hotel, and on top of that. There’s no actual bedframe. It’s just to foam things on the bed, so I feel like for the price there would at least be breakfast offered, but instead you have to pay. "
