"The lady at the front desk was very attentive and professional. I could tell English wasn’t probably her first language but she spoke so well and was very polite. "

"The staff were very welcoming, the lobby was very clean and updated it didn’t prepare you for the room. I was not expecting for it to be so warped (the headboards) and the sheets had stains on them so I shared the bed with my daughter despite having booked a double. Overall the hotel was just mediocre."

"Hotel makes a nice first impression upon entrance, but it and the rooms needs air freshener. The breakfast is st best mediocre. It has just enough variety to enable the hotel to trithfully advertise a complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but rust stains around the tub were unsightly. For the money though it is a good value. "

"The room was OK when we checked in there was blood on the blanket like spots so I don’t know if it was really clean. The shower curtains had blood spots on that in the inside. The staff was pretty good and cool. The breakfast was OK when they say buffet, it wasn’t a real buffet. It was like you get one scoop of eggs, one scoop of potatoes, two sausage sausages, two bacon and that’s it and then you could get like the drink the fruit the muffin it wasn’t what I expected specially for the amount...

"I have to say I was a little unimpressed being that we booked the studio suite and in the pictures and description it says it is a 1 bedroom and shows a bar area along with a separate living space. This was not the case at all, the room was rather small and when I asked the front desk he stated the pictures shown for that hotel room is actually for their presidential suite. It was definitely misleading and if I would have known I would have booked with a different hotel. Besides that everything...

"Staff was welcoming. The rooms were clean and furniture was updated, the overall layout was great and beautiful surroundings outside near the pool. Breakfast was great and the options for vegetarian meals were excellent."

"I was a little hesitant in booking this hotel but I'm glad that I did. We enjoyed our stay. This old gem is located near alot of things in Htown. We appreciated the free shuttle within 1mile radius which saves on Uber.. We did decide to park in the garage across for $20 but no in/out versus valet. The other great thing there is the 2nd floor restaurant/ bar, The Dispatch...The bartender,Ty, was great, attentive and very nice..along with her manager (K?, can't remember his name) but the drinks...
