Pleasant,helpful staff.the rooms are well appointed It was a really enjoyable stay. The valet parking is expensive and there is no self parking. Monarch (the hotel restaurant)was OK. The service good,food less so(an overdone omelet) Overall a nice stay…I will stay at Zaza when I’m in Houston.

Staff was great. However, the AC in our room did not work the entire stay and the room never got below 78 degrees. Also, the bath tub drain was clogged. When this issue was raised with management, they offered to waive valet parking charge.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They let us check in early which we really appreciated. Enjoyed the pool as well. Food and drink prices were high. Great area to be located in, near museums and Rice University. Also appreciated the free shuttle within three-mile radius of hotel.
