"Beautiful pre-cruise stay. Concierge services booked airport transfer and a guided day trip for 8 to Slovenia. (Castle and Caverns) Impeccable service all around. Extensive breakfast buffet was high quality and greatly enjoyed by our group. The location was great for walking and access. The hotel also arranged baggage transfer to cruise ship making for an easy embarkation. Rooms are elegant, comfortable and sparkling in every detail. Best stay of our trip!!"

"Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor and the "band" was playing incredibly loud in the street below. they told us the band will be playing till at least after midnight. My wife and i literally couldn't hear each other talk in the room. I had to ask to move rooms, which was at 10pm, and they begrudgingly moved us to another part of the hotel (we were in an apartment type unit) which they said was a more expensive hotel room, but didn't charge us.
