"It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog. The room in pet wing wasn't as nice, and you could hear everytime some open or closed the doors so our dog barked alot, but its a great location if you plan to go to the Cuyahoga Valley national park. "The staff was very pleasant. Our room was ready and clean. There was a nice selection of foods for breakfast. I miss the waffles, the pancakes are ok but not as good. "

"It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The fireplaces were going and it felt warm and welcoming. The beds were uncomfortable. However the overall feel of the hotel overcame that 1 shortcoming. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Loved my stay"
