"This property is lovely but some rooms are a bit dated. We understand it is scheduled for a renovation soon. We had a few issues with our room but it was handled by front desk staff. The front desk employee, Michelle, was excellent! She handled everything quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent, especially if you are going to convention center."

"This was a magnificent place to stay. The location was beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the place was kept super clean. The area was so peaceful. I just wished they had breakfast included in the mornings. Other than that the place was superb."

"They didn’t leave rnough towels and coffee service for the three people booked in the room. Had to csll for it.
They didn’t service the room until the third day. Claimed we left the DND sign on door -not true.
Breakfast is plentiful but not a lot of variety. Scrambled eggs four days in a row, limited yogurt choices, good coffee and good staff."

"We were very pleased with our two night stay at this lovely resort. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our balcony overlooking the river. The only mild disappointment was the air conditioner wasn’t working very well but it was such nice and cool weather that we left the balcony door open to let the cool breeze in. Overall we were pleased with our stay!"

"The hotel itself is lovely and we returned for this visit because of their pool. We were astonished this morning when there was EAR PIERCING constructing happening directly above our room. I called down to see what in the world was happening and the front desk simply said “yes there is construction above you for the next 7 hours”. We were charged a premium price for this room, not notified this would be happening and thrown a few points for our “inconvenience”. It absolutely ruined our little...

"Property has a beautiful landscape, autumn views were amazing for the Lanier Lake, however the resort itself seems more fun at their website where fall events and an active Marinas are feature, we found out everything was either closed or totally empty, only golf camps where active.
We stayed at a cute Lake house cabin, it had everything but a smart TV for a movie night..
For the average night price they should have them!
Nice but we wouldn’t stay again."
