"The staff was courteous and professional. My room was cleaned daily by the very sweet Paulina who didn't hesitate in accommodating me.However,there was one incident I experience in the cafe on 2/13 around 3 pm. The young lady served me, took it unpon her self to keep my 30 cedis. It was an incident that you don't know- what just happen. I like The Roots and I would stat again.

"I enjoyed my stay here! Very clean rooms and very helpful friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was great too! I’d definitely come again!!
The pool needs to stay open later than it does, we were told it closes at 6pm.
