"Clean room and very friendly hosts and very helpful staff. My challenge was that there's no baggage carriage to carry my luggage. My room didn't have enough frying pan and cooking utensils. Overall the experience was great 👍"

"I have booked with Accra Luxury Apartments a couple of times now, and one thing I always like about them is their communication. Very responsive and prompt in replying to messages. They offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport and assist with the check-in process. This last one, I reserved a room for my wife for one night. "Ok so as soon as I arrived after a grueling 18 hour flight, I expected to find a cold water in the fridge. There was nothing, although Water was listed as included under the amenity section. Also wanted to have nice warm shower and they were no shower, gels or soaps also as listed under the amenity list and the water was mostly cool.
I asked the host about the water and soaps and was told I would have to buy or they were not included even though listed on their site
