"Once we were checked in, our stay was great. At check-in, our registration person was unengaged and presented inaccurate information. He offered us and upgrade stating that it was less than what we had originally paid for our room. After making the upgrade, he tried to charge us an additional cost. He then stated that it was above what we originally paid so we refused the upgrade. The entire process took us over 20 minutes."

"I loved the front desk staff. Very helpful and friendly. The area was peaceful and quiet. My only complaint was the condition of the room. The molding on the edge of the desk was pealing off and the bathroom door would not latch because the throw and plate did not line up. "
