"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. "We enjoyed 4 nights at the Yotel in Glasgow. We were initially concerned about the noise from the bars/street across from us that we could here from our 3rd floor room on the east side facing Hope street. But the noise typically died down around 10pm. The room was large and comfortable, although some of the finishes (carpet) could use replacement froms stains etc. Our mini-fridge did not work- and was disappointed they story we were told by someone at the hotel was that is wasn't a fridge- just...

"We stayed in three Moxy places in our trip to northern England and Scotland and of the three this one was my favorite. The room they gave us was much more spacious and the staff was much friendlier. It also seemed busy but not so packed as to be uncomfortable. It is a little farther sea from the city centre (apparently there is a Moxy closer to downtown) but this was a good stay and if coming to Glasgow again I would seriously consider staying here again."

"Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Room was very nice and clean with the bed very comfortable. Only thing that could have been better was breakfast. Quite a small space for obtaining food and unfortunately the hot stuff was luke warm or cold. Overall would recommend as a place to stay."

"Room was spacious and clean, if a little unloved. Shower was good, and the kitchen area was fine. The view from our first floor room was... straight into the multi storey car park, overlooking the bins at the back of the bars. The noise wasn't too terrible, though it's not one for light sleepers. TV didn't really work. Staff were nice."

"We loved the room makeover. The bed was very comfortable and we loved that a light near your feet would come on when you get out of bed at night. Also the air conditioner was quiet, no clunking noises and effortless control."

"The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We asked them quite a few questions about traveling within the area and all staff members were able to assist with ease. The room itself was very clean and spacious. It's in an ideal location if you are going to a concert at the OVO Hydro or are looking for a quieter place outside the main city centre with transit that is easy to access via short walk."
